If the Apocalypse Comes...Beep Me
So, do you ever think about what you'd do if some [cause unknown] apocalypse occurred and you were forced for [reasons unknown] to pack up and join hordes of refugees traveling to the Promised Land (or, say, Las Vegas) on foot? Like, for instance, what would you do with your dogs? Would they have to forage for their own food? How would you keep them with you? And what if you had a three-legged dog? Would you take him or would you have to euthanize him so he wouldn't die alone? Or even stay behind on your own because he was your dog and you owed it to him?
Do you ever think about those sorts of eventualities?
Okay, just me then...
On a completely different note, does anyone know what that maneuver is called that they're always doing on COPS where they force a car off the road by hitting it in a certain spot during a chase? Because you can't look it up on Google like that. (...or, apparently you can because it's the PIT maneuver. PIT=precision immobilization technique and I looked it up by typing 'police maneuver to stop a car during a high speed chase' *Sigh* I do love me some Google.)
And, wow, did you know there was a website called policedriving.com?
